SpryPanel Documentation | 4.1. Understanding SpryPanel Users

SpryPanel is designed to be a multi user content management system. What this means is that it is possible for more than one person to use SpryPanel us edit content on a single web-site (you can set it up with only one user if you want!). What a person can and cannot do is defined by the SpryPanel administrator, and is explained in section 4.3 of this documentation.

Once a person has a user name and password (section 4.2) they are able to log-in from the SpryPanel index page, just as any other user would. SpryPanel will then configure itself for that person according to their preferences and access privileges.

Security has been designed in right from the start in SpryPanel, and not simply added as an after thought. So although multiple users are able to edit content on your site (if you want them to), no one will be able to do something that they do not have access to do!
